Refunds
PartForCompter.com wishes our customers to be satisfied with their purchase(s). If satisfaction of the merchandise does not occur, the purchase may be returned within 7 days of the receiving date. Please use the same package and packing material when making a return. Please understand that after the 7 days have passed, we can no longer accept a return.

Warranties
PartForComputer.com offers a 90 days warranty for new and refurbished Computer Parts, 90 days warranty for new and refurbished Electronic Equipment, a 180 days warranty on all NEW Printers and Printing Accessories, and a 90 day warranty for all refurbished Printers and Printing Accessories. Warranty covers items that are dead on arrival (DOA), items that become defective during normal usage, and items that are incomplete or otherwise misrepresented. To ensure that you receive your warranty, all warranty returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive a RMA number, please send an email to rma@PartForComputer.com requesting an RMA. After receiving a RMA number, the products must be returned within 7 days. The product(s) must be free of any damage and there must be no missing parts or labels. Warranty void stickers must be intact and un-tampered. We only warranty defective products from the time you receive the item to the length of the warranty. All items must be returned within the warranty period. PartForComputer.com reserves the right to refund or replace all warranty issues.

Credit Card Payments
PartForComputer.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with PartForComputer.com. Please be sure to provide the correct billing address along with the correct billing telephone number.

Sales Tax
PartForComputer.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Utah. Resellers in Utah may download the reseller certificate file, fill it out and fax it to our fax number (801) 610-2187 in order to get the sales tax removed. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipping Policy
PartForComputer.com offers FedEx ground shipment, second day, overnight standard inside the continental United States. (Overnight standard does not include Sat delivery - orders made on Fri will be delivered the next business day.) Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, cost of the item(s), and total weight of all the items on your order. The shipping charges are not refundable. Due to shipper restrictions we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses. International customer must contact us for shipping quotes.

Returns - Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchanges and returns for products under warranty require a RMA number. Please make sure to copy your RMA number exactly as it appears to avoid delays or complications in processing the return or exchange. Requests for a RMA number must be reported within warranty period; warranties begin on item ship date. To request an RMA please give us a call at (801)-930-7417 or send us an e-mail at rma@PartForComputer.com . You will receive an RMA number and instructions, please print the RMA number and attach it to the return packaging. The return shipment must be made within 7 days of receiving the RAM number. Once we receive your RMA shipment, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to process and a replacement to ship or a refund to be issued.

What happens if I refuse my order? If your order has been shipped and is refused by you at time of delivery, there will be a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
